Anyone else having a problem printing postage labels?

After a year of printing RM and Packlink labels, I have had problems the last few days. I can generate the labels but the "Open" tab to generate, then print them isn't working. Initially I managed to work round this , but my workround is no longer working. I can download the label, but then it takes up the whole A4 page and I am trying to make it smaller. I just want the "Open Label" tab to work. Is this happening to anyone else?

The only way I can print a label is in Chrome! In every other browser they are either the wrong size or will only print one page.
Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any any to alert Ebay to the problem.

Thank you. I use Chrome anyway. I was wondering if I should try Firefox. How long have you had the problem? It started for me on Sunday.

It started for me several months ago, I havent had to print one for a few weeks so I'm wondering if Chrome still works for me now!
