Hermes no longer doing Small/Medium parcels

Anyone else received this:

As a Parcel2Go customer who has previously shipped with Hermes, we wanted to let you know that unfortunately from tomorrow Hermes are no longer offering their Hermes Small and Medium parcel delivery services.They are still offering weight-based pricing services, including Hermes Postable for smaller items.
The services will be removed from our website tomorrow. Any existing orders already placed will be processed as normal.

I use Hermes a lot. Wrap well and no issues. I am gutted as a seller. Royal Mail is unaffordable for parcels larger than small.

No but I use them a lot, RM aren't the best priced for heavy but small parcels. Think I need to check my emails!

My local Hermes courier doesnt think it is a Hermes change - she thinks it is Parcel2Go. So I also need to check what is happening.

It is only parcel2go who are discontinuing this.

You can still buy Hermes small/ medium parcels directly, through Parcel Monkey, eBay Packlink etc.

i sent several small parcels with hermes today i book direct through hermes website and take them to the parcel shop as its cheaper than a courier picking them up

Just use Hermes app , you can still get all sizes on there
