How do I amend an invoice so I can combine postage costs?

Does anyone know how I can combine invoices? Someone has won 2 of my auctions, so I want to combine the 2 invoices so I can adjust the postage costs. I haven't done this for years and it's not looking obvious, so how do I do it?

Just accept payment and refund the difference in postage?

I don’t have anything recent enough to check for myself, but if you’re using a phone / tablet and/or the app then you might not immediately get all the options.

There should be an option among your sold items to create an invoice, or you may need to go to a sales manager/dashboard

If you’re getting a ‘restricted’ view on a phone etc, then go to your browser and set it to ‘desktop mode’
In some phone browsers theres a settings cog etc, in safari on the iPhone you click the ‘AA’ in the corner (little capital A and big capital A) and choose ‘request desktop website’

Thank you both for your speedy responses. I think there must have been some glitch or something, because when I opened a new window and went back to my sold page and clicked on one of the items it came up with an invoice with both items on and I could just change the amount of the postage. I didn't have to do anything else.

I was on my laptop both times so not sure what happened, but it did it by itself!

The technical term to describe the issue is ‘bloody modern technology’

Ebay have changed the invoice page so you can't give discounts any more. I'm not sure if it was deliberate or if its one of a number of glitches in their web code recently. When you try to enter the discount it rejects it and says its not valid.

If you are using the new payment system you cant just give a partial refund very easily either.
