I purchased a small electrical appliance from eBay 2 weeks ago and initially was delighted. However, it suddenly developed a fault after 2 weeks.
I contacted the seller via eBay but have been ignored.
I am worried about clicking to return the item on eBay as the last time I did that I was expected to pay over half the cost of the item in postage charges. I really don't feel I should have to pay return fees for a defective appliance and I can't see anywhere where I could email or call ebay for help.
Any help here would really be appreciated?
