Help-I have cancelled and refunded the wrong buyer!

Please Help!

I am a private seller and new to selling on ebay.
I was trying to issue a refund to a buyer, but managed to cancel and refund a different buyer and the wrong item!!

Is there anything I can do about it? It was worth quite a bit of money. The only thing in my favour is that I have received a message via email saying she has received it.

All you can do is explain the mistake, ask her to pay for it and hope she is honest. Ebay wont do anything.
If she doesn't pay, look into using the small claims court, you can do that online. I dont know if you'd have a case, the Legal board might be the best place to ask.
