Can't list any more items. Any way round this?

So, this month I have listed one item, a chair.
But I had 100 of them available, and one person bought them all.

Great! Fantastic!

so today I go on to list another item, and I can't because you can only list 100 items per month, and this counts as 100 items.

Which is REALLY annoying, as I have a lot more things I want to get rid of. I am helping to clear out a building and I'm listing the things.

Is there any way round this?
Can I open a new account or will that cost me?

Thanks

Is it a new account?

no, had it ages, but you can only list 100 items per month, and they count it as 100 items even though it was one item and one seller.

But it is OK. Turns out dh has another ebay account for secret birthday purchases! So I'm listing them on his account.

sorry, not one item it was one listing. But you could buy any number of them on the listing, so because it had 'quantity' it counts as 100

You’ll have to open a business account.

I'm a private seller and can list 1,000 items a month (usually manage 30 or so)

You used to be able to increase your limit if you added a credit card and contacted Customer Services, but that was before Covid.
