Trying to set up return label - going mad

I'm trying to set up a return label for a purchaser who - for various boring reasons, I've decided to allow a return from. I CANNOT work out how to set it up - the two labels I've tried so far show her name and address on the label, not mine. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? The hassle of this is so great it would just have been easier to have refunded the buyer but i'm now determined to crack it

I do most of my postage via Royal Mail online, so it can also be done that way, purchase from Royal Mail or your alternate, then save the label as an image (Screen print it if necessary) and then add it to the returns process or as a photo attachment in eBay messaging to the buyer

Thank you both, I may have cracked it now but it’s a stress I really could’ve done with that, the eBay instructions are terrible. I’m waiting for the buyer to tell me she hasn’t received the label which point I will give up and tell her just to keep it

I had the same problem.
In the end I purchased the label on Royal Mail website and took screenshot and sent it to the buyer in a message.
It worked fine- she just printed it out.

If your buyer has trouble printing the label from a desktop PC, tell them to use Chrome web browser, the other browsers mess it up and will only print the first page (ask me how I know!)
