Has anyone else been updated to the new payment system on eBay, where it’s no longer through PayPal but straight to your bank?
I have and I’ve got a few issues if you can help!
How do we offer partial refunds now? If someone buys from multiple listings I usually partially refund them via PayPal, but this isn’t an option now.
I have someone asking for a refund but because I had already marked the item as dispatched (I hadn’t yet posted luckily) I’m happy to refund them but they aren’t understanding that I can’t just refund. I’ve asked for their PayPal email but they say they don’t have PayPal, so I’ve asked for their bank details to issue the refund. It all seems more
