I’ve been selling lots of bits on eBay and in December there was a Promotion for half price and free pickup for Hermes via packlink, which was great, as I didn’t need to go out and my lovely courier driver got loads of business, all good.
I noticed that if I sold something and printed the label in the morning and she came at noon to pick up my parcels that she would take the ones only just printed, which were scheduled to be taken the next day.
I also once or twice forgot to click on “collection” and the default is “drop off” and she also took those no problem.
Now that it is back to full price plus 70p for each item for a collection this obviously has a big effect if sending lots of small value items. The big question is, if I print 10 labels and only one is a collection and the rest are drop offs, but she takes them all, does she get paid for 10 collections, or only one?
Does anyone know how it works?
