I sold my breast pump on ebay just over 2 months ago, when I packaged it I couldn't quite get all the bits in the box (isn't that always the case lol) and because I had a lot of spares from the original pump being replaced but I was left with all the accessories too I included all those, which included pretty much all accessories except the main bit of pump which was returned. As they didn't all fit I packed most into the box and added the rest in a carrier bag, wrapped up into the parcel and informed buyer that they were packaged seperately.
I was left positive feedback, and now a few months on the buyer has contacted me saying the pump was missing. I emailed back confused saying I knew I packed it and she'd have missed it on inspection, and received another email saying they'd gone out, bought another, and now discovered a number of other parts missing too, and wanted replacements or the money refunded.
I emailed back -completely- confused and said had they checked the bag, and under the plastic in the box because I counted all the parts in and got another email today saying they need to trust me, they definately aren't there.
Well I'm sure they aren't here, and I'm sure I packaged and posted it correctly. They're emailing asking that I sort it out, but I don't physically have the items here, and I don't have the money to refund either... what should I do?
