I’m a long time lurker but just joined

Ok, as you can tell from my name I’m cabin crew. Over the years I’ve sold a few old uniforms, name badges, shoes and tights/stockings on eBay. Almost all sell to men and I know it’s for sexual pleasure for them but that really doesn’t bother me.

I’ve got a message tonight from a guy that bought some shoes off me a while ago saying he’d pay £200 or even more for another pair, if I include photos of me wearing them. Only have to show up to my thigh, so nothing identifiable.

The concept of doing this doesn’t bother me in the slightest, but I’m nervous about bringing it up with hubby because I don’t think he’d be keen.

To me it’s a stupid amount of money to turn down for showing less than I’d show on the beach, but is there any risk to me? I’m a private seller, can the buyer find my address etc? What’s the worst that could happen lol?

Anyone got any constructive input as to if I’m insane to do this or insane to turn the money away?

It would feel all wrong to me. Selling the shoes, fine, but he's obviously started to obsess about you and if you give him more by seeing your legs he'll probably start hassling you further.

I'd be concerned about this getting back to the airline, too.

I don't think anybody is disputing the fact that this kind of thing takes place. The reason I think this thread is disingenuous is that op has stated they don't need the money and if she was doing it for some sick thrill than this thread wouldn't be here. I have also seen a similar thread to this in the past and believe this one is made by a fantasist.

And yes I have reported it.

I’ve ex cabin crew friends who have done it and a friend of a workmate sells her knickers (I believe in Japan there are vending machines with these things in no less!)
So for those wanting to report the post, have a google it’s more common than you think.
If somebody wanted my scruffy work shoes I’d do it 😂

But op nobody is reporting this because of the topic. It is because you come across inconsistent and like you made it up. My guess would be you aren't cabin crew and are either selling it pretending to be or have made the whole thing up. You have avoided answering questions of why you're doing it when you have said clearly you dont need the money. It can't be for thrills as if it was you wouldnt have created this thread or say you're worried about it. The latter reasons are why I feel there is something fabricated here.

Oh and as some posters have said most sell for alot less than what you quote.

Don’t be so sure that you can hide your address on eBay. You’ve previously sold to him, so he can request your name/address from the old transaction and stalk you online

Also there’s so many ways to request a refund on eBay, he’ll easily be able to get his money back with a fraudulent claim

Are you really comfortable for your photos to be inevitably posted online for the dregs of society to wank over?

I just don't get why you want do this op - you obviously have a job (or are on furlough) and I assume your dh has a job too (maybe he hasn't) but you have said you don't need the money.....why on earth would you do this????

FYI we could all sell our using knickers/shoes/tights/tampons on eBay - but we don't cause it's fucking weird!
