Sensitive one ebay sexual sale

Looking for some constructive feedback if possible

I’m a long time lurker but just joined

Ok, as you can tell from my name I’m cabin crew. Over the years I’ve sold a few old uniforms, name badges, shoes and tights/stockings on eBay. Almost all sell to men and I know it’s for sexual pleasure for them but that really doesn’t bother me.

I’ve got a message tonight from a guy that bought some shoes off me a while ago saying he’d pay £200 or even more for another pair, if I include photos of me wearing them. Only have to show up to my thigh, so nothing identifiable.

The concept of doing this doesn’t bother me in the slightest, but I’m nervous about bringing it up with hubby because I don’t think he’d be keen.

To me it’s a stupid amount of money to turn down for showing less than I’d show on the beach, but is there any risk to me? I’m a private seller, can the buyer find my address etc? What’s the worst that could happen lol?

Anyone got any constructive input as to if I’m insane to do this or insane to turn the money away?

People are paying off college loans from selling feet pictures online, I think you did the right thing and I'm glad you and your husband have similar thinking on it, if it's what you are happy to do then do it, you're gonna have to realise though that it's a polarising topic though so people are going to slate you for it.

TJ17 · 03/01/2021 10:23

You could just keep buying shoes with his money and then selling them on to him. What a lucrative business 🤣

Joiningthegossip · 03/01/2021 10:26

Brilliant! Good for you!
My husband and I wouldn't turn it down either.

If he likes your legs you may get another £200, so why not?

Frenchdressing · 03/01/2021 10:26

It’s really grim.

TJ17 · 03/01/2021 10:27

Can see half of MN now rushing to sort through shoes to sell on eBay 🤣

Sup1979 · 03/01/2021 10:27

Depends on your partner

But I’d mention it lightly, almost like “omg listen to this request I have received” to Suss out his response before revealing you want to

Sup1979 · 03/01/2021 10:28

Although if he’s offered £200

I bloody hope you’ve gone back and said no chance unless £250

Hotelhelp · 03/01/2021 10:35

Oh I would soooo do this and have looked into it in the past but being identified scares me so haven’t done it.

RickOShay · 03/01/2021 10:38

@Frenchdressing
Why do you think that?
What’s so grim about it?
Who’s getting harmed here?

I personally would do it

But... surely you can see it is a bit grim?!

And that poster didn’t say anyone is being harmed

Wonderinstars · 03/01/2021 10:45

Something doesn't sit right here. I don't think you're fully comfortable with the idea as you were reluctantant initially as to your DH's opinion & with asking on here. Otherwise you would have just gone ahead & done it had your moral compass not been warning you.
What would your employer's stance be if they discovered what you've been doing?
Your buyer's increasingly seedy behaviour is worrying & could go into darker areas as each need is met.
It may be £200 but how much will it really cost you/others?
Once done you can't take it back.

RickOShay · 03/01/2021 10:49

@Sup1979
I think things like slaughter houses are grim. Perhaps it depends on your definition.
No I don’t think this is grim. I think it’s fine.

Branleuse · 03/01/2021 10:50

Id ask for 300

StickTheKettleOnAlice · 03/01/2021 10:51

Thread genuine?

Wonderinstars · 03/01/2021 10:52

RickOShay

Not grim?
So you'd be happy with your father/husband/son doing this?
Urgh, it's just so weird

RickOShay · 03/01/2021 10:53

Happy?
Maybe not exactly happy, but accepting? Yes, as long as they weren’t hurting anybody else.

@Frannibananni

Change your address on eBay for the time being if you can then do it.
Yes. Get a PO Box.

It is a ridiculous amount of money, too much to turn down. You don't have to tell your husband surely?

StickTheKettleOnAlice · 03/01/2021 10:54

This thread is fake and has loads of inconsistencies

RickOShay · 03/01/2021 10:58

Such as?

Wonderinstars · 03/01/2021 10:59

RickOShay
My point exactly - they could potentially hurt someone else as each depraved need is met and they want more. Like drug users, perverts need more & more for their next 'high' & vulnerable people could be exploited.

RickOShay · 03/01/2021 11:03

Well yes. But not everything is a gateway to something more destructive.
If you are single, I think your sexuality is your own business, with the caveat of not hurting others.

saffire · 03/01/2021 11:21

Don't send him digital photos. Some cameras add gps location to the exif data!

suddengate · 03/01/2021 11:41

Good on you OP, you've been careful, you've been honest.

Now, I wonder if there's a market for struggling single mum old Nikes 🤔😂

Divebar · 03/01/2021 11:43

@RickOShay

How liberal of you.... it’s certainly not something you find too much around here where anything even slightly “off piste” sexually is judged horribly..... example “ depraved need” ..... such drama!

If anyone thinks the thread is fake they should report it. If you look there are tons of cabin crew items being sold on eBay including many pairs of used shoes listed between about £5 and £150.
