Yodel lost my package and then told me that I need to tell the seller on eBay. When I googled how to report item missing on eBay, it said there was an option next to it to to say that I didn't receive it, but there is no option like that at all.
I'm just really frustrated. It's taken me 3 weeks to get an answer out of Yodel and the seller just kept telling me Yodel had to deal with it and Yodel telling me the seller had to deal with it.
Can't seem to find the option to let eBay know or get a refund.
