How do I tell eBay that I haven't received my item?

Yodel lost my package and then told me that I need to tell the seller on eBay. When I googled how to report item missing on eBay, it said there was an option next to it to to say that I didn't receive it, but there is no option like that at all.

I'm just really frustrated. It's taken me 3 weeks to get an answer out of Yodel and the seller just kept telling me Yodel had to deal with it and Yodel telling me the seller had to deal with it.

Can't seem to find the option to let eBay know or get a refund.

Within your order details there should be a number of 'actions' you can take like in the attached screenshot I've just taken using my phone.

*And for what it's worth, the seller is 100% responsible for dealing with Yodel if the item hasn't arrived. As the purchaser, the courier won't even deal with you as their contract is with the seller.

I’ve had most luck with a PayPal refund. I’d try that.

Did you personally arrange the delivery or did the seller? If the seller, it’s their responsibility (unless you specifically requested yodel)

In eBay, you should be able to open a case here:

You can do a callback where eBay phone you back

Mines not arrived either and not been marked as dispatched.... I’ll get my money back I’m sure but pissed off about the seller being so uninterested after pocketing my cash 🙄
