I bought something of eBay a couple of weeks ago but it didn't arrive so I messaged the seller to double check shipping times etc, seller states it's been delivered and sent a picture of the item on top of my bin.
It's obviously been stolen.
I live on a main ish road and the package was out on plain sight.
Is there anything I can do since it was technically delivered?
