I wanted to sell some things including a few bundles but I have no idea where to buy packaging or what to wrap them in?

Ironically, eBay or the post office

Exactly. Those plastic envelopes, big printer labels, tape. Or places like The Range. I save reusable packaging from deliveries to me too like Amazon or clothes deliveries.

Pound shopper Wilko. They sell big Jiffy bags and bubble wrap and brown paper quite cheaply.

I buy plastic mailing postage bags from Amazon for clothes as it's easy and waterproof. I also try to keep and reuse packaging as much as possible whenever I buy stuff myself.

Plastic mailing bags from eBay or Amazon.

Bubble wrap, either I save it from whenever something arrives wrapped in it, or I take home thrown away off cuts from work, or, if I run out of those sources, I could buy it in supermarkets, or eBay or Amazon I imagine.

The only thing I buy is parcel tape. I keep all packaging from having things delivered and reuse to send out anything I sell. I used to use dark coloured carrier bags turned inside out but don't get anywhere near as many of those coming into the house anymore. Paper carriers can also be cut open and used as packaging. I figured that it was much more environmentally friendly to do that and also saves money. Buying packaging seems like a bit of a contradiction in terms.

I do lots of eBaying and buy Jiffy bags in bulk - from eBay! And for smaller items those plastic mail bags

I was going to suggest inside-out carrier bags - I see it's been suggested already!
If something needs protection, then I reuse boxes and wrap that around it (eg cereal boxes for a lightweight card, corrugated box if something heavier duty is needed). I very, very rarely buy packaging material - there's always something in my recycling box that can be re-purposed.

I cut open black bags and use them
As wrap
Or save the (millions Blush) of ASOS, next and Amazon bags I have deliveries in... if you take the label off and turn them inside out you can use the tape that's designed for returns to
Seal it.
