Please can anyone tell me what I need to do here. Looked all over and can’t work it out.
Bidder asked me to retract their bids which I did.
Didn’t realise they were the last bidder. This meant the previous bidder won the auction even though they’d been outbid. This new winner doesn’t want the item which is why they didn’t try outbid final bidder.
I don’t mind that winner doesn’t want the item but although I’ve ended sale and indicated on my listings that I’m not waiting for payment the buyer keeps getting messages reminding them to pay for it. What do I need to do to stop these reminders being sent. Thanks so much. I’m stumped
