I bought some toys which were fake and emailed by the seller plus raised a case saying so. I have to return the item for a refund and have sent if off with the Royal Mail label eBay sent. But why can't I leave feedback? It says item removed, no option to leave feedback. Is it because I've raised a case or have eBay removed the item due to my report and maybe others? Looking at sellers other items still for sale it's probably all borrowed photos and fakes.
I use eBay a lot and usually leaven feedback, not really bought a fake item before, luckily.
