yes, of course you can.
all you need is their e-mail address. Log into paypal, click on "send money" and just fill in the boxes

havent got any money in paypal account they just take it from my visa card which is registered with paypal....so can i still do it? thanks for the reply by the way

yes, that's what happens with mine. It comes out of my current account
