Buyer opened request but now not replying. What now?

They said the item hadn’t arrived, I said I had proof of postage but asked if they could wait a couple of days to see if it turned up (I’ve had a few things delayed atm) otherwise I would start a claim with Royal Mail. The next day I went on RM tracking and it said it had been delivered, so I told them this and asked if it had arrived. A couple of days I again asked if it had arrived but I’ve never had any reply. What should I do now?

Just make sure the reference number is uploaded against your sales record. Then contact eBay and ask them to close the case in your favour.
