First Time Seller - Fabric Conditioner in Wash?

I intend to sell some of my clothes and some household items.
I buy things on eBay and often notice that they smell 'lovely', as though quite a strong fabric conditioner has been used.

I use Ecover type products in my laundry both for environmental reasons and as my skin is sensitive (psoriasis) but wonder if I should use a more strongly scented conditioner on items I wish to sell?

(I have been sniffing my clothes, which smell ok to me but as I have post covid lack of smell, I can't decide what to do)

Absolutely not.

Many people will want to wash again anyway. And lots of us hate the strong scent of fab con.

Clean is enough.

I was hoping people would say that!
I will go with the nice tissue paper and a little note as that always makes me smile
