Hi,

I am wondering if those of you more experienced than me at eBay can help me, please?

In short, I purchased multiple bundles of kids clothes from the same seller. She agreed to invoice me with the postage charges so that I wouldn't have to pay it four times. She has done this, and every time I go to pay I get the error message written above - how do I resolve this?

I've googled a lot already and tried everything like deleting all of my payment cards/PayPal details then readding them. I've also deleted my cache, signed in and out etc and it makes no difference. The lady is being really kind about it but also can't offer any ideas - is there something she needs to do at her end or is it my account? I've never paid by an invoice before, just directly after the auction has ended. It ended over 24 hours ago now so I'm getting embarrassed that I can't work out how to pay, and I'd also quite like the clothes!

If anyone has any wisdom, please do share! :)
