So I bought a toy. It arrived from China after couple of weeks in the post and it has a screw sticking out and lots of other defects. I can't give it to DC as it's dangerous. So I message seller with photos to say look it's a rubbish fake and I want my money back. They give me a refund instantly. They say in a message that if I return the item they will pay me the same amount again. No returns label or info on where to return. So I thought weird, maybe their English isn't brilliant and tossed the item in the bin and got on with my life. I should of raised a case, but I didn't as seller responded and I got a refund.

Now a few months later they have a raised an item not as described case against me. How ? I bought it from them. PayPal then ask me for my returns address. I just don't understand. I don't sell on eBay and it's definitely for this same toy.

Phone PayPal and ask what’s going on

Sounds like a right scam!

Good luck getting that one sorted, especially with pay pal involved!

I never buy toys from China, I've heard too many stories about them not meeting safety standards.

@MJMG2015 I know, I normally don't with good reason, but it said it was a particular brand I had another toy from. It wasn't even cheap at around £10, so I thought it was legit .Obviously the pictures were borrowed as it wasn't the same at all. I ended up buying something from Fisher price via Amazon for about the same cost.

The case has gone past it's resolution date. I can't get through to anyone @19lottie82 maybe I'm ringing at the wrong time. I've limited daytime hours as it's half term. It's just annoying as PayPal have taken the money from me already just incase, oh yeah right !
