Strange code in buyers address

For the past couple of weeks, whenever I sell an item there is a strange code in the buyers address. For example

Sarah Brown
123 knicker street
Ebaya5btc67
London
Sw16 9ep

What’s the Ebaya5btc67? There is always one in the address when. I just don’t add it into the address when I’m writing it out but it’s strange.
