my friend told me about these yesterday but which is better?

I have been using auctionstealer for a few years and generally it's very reliable, but it did have a server problem last week that cancelled all bids for two days. I realise this could happen to any company, but I resent that they didn't send everyone an email from a backup server to notify them that bids wouldn't be placed - if I hadn't tried to get into my account to raise my bid I wouldn't have known and would have missed out on something I really, really wanted.
