I've got 3 buyers that have won bids but have not paid. After a fair few days I sent a payment reminder, two of which haven't responded and the other has sent a message back via ebay to let me know that they have been locked out of their account and cannot get hold of anyone on ebay to sort the issue.
I have never come accross this before. Can you be locked out of your account and still message sellers?
I'm contemplating just cancelling the orders...
