No feedback, no confirmation of delivery of item - do I just leave it now?

I sold a puschair on ebay on the 23rd September. The buyer appears to be a new ebayer, with 0 feedback it turns out.

Anyway they paid no problem, and I had it couriered out on the 25th September, by payperdrop/DHL at Home.

I have used the tracker system on DHL and it says the parcel was delivered on 26th September at 9:53am, and was signed for, although the name of the Signatory is actually a different name to the person I sent the parcel to.

I have still not heard anything from the buyer. No feedback, nothing. Not even an email or message to confirm delivery.

I emailed the buyer a couple of days ago just to ask for confirmation that they'd recieved the pushchair, as I can't leave feedback for payperdrop until I know it has definitely been recieved. I also can't leave her feedback either until I know she has it.

Still nothing.

So is that it? Do I just assume she has it? What do I do about feedback for payperdrop?

just leave it - you have done all you can. Don't leave FB for either until you know more

It is the fact that I can't leave my feedback for PPD that is most frustrating. hate not leaving feedback. Also hate not knowing for definte if something has arrived! Just feels very rude. Maybe I should leave feedback - on last day of that time limit - if not heard just to state that I never heard back depsite emails so just have to assume all was ok, with a neutral.

be careful because the time limit is flexible and you could end up with a neg out of spite.

I'm sure PPD won't even notice.

It is frustrating not knowing whether all is ok but FB is optional and some people are rude

The same has happened to me! I work on the basis that if something hasnt arrived then they will get in touch. I regularly send emails to buyers to let them know it has been sent, and ask if they would let me know when they have received it. i dont leave feedback for anything I have sold until the buyer has left feedback - I have been caught out by a buer leaving neg feedback after receiving an item all due to the fact that she wanted a postal discount - didnt ask me for one and I did not offer one - she bought two bundles of clothing for a few quid! Cheeky mare! Dont worry about it!
