They are great when things go well but if stuff goes wrong they are ficking useless.
Called them several times and couldn't get a human reply. Emailed them constantly and eventually two different people came back with different answers.

Previously they bashed something of mine and that was six months ago and still not sorted out.
Anyone know of any reasonably priced alternative couriers who aren't shite?
