I sold an item on Sunday 12th following some frantic bidding - 18 bids in all. However the winning bidder was new to eBay with 0 feedback and he's not yet paid me.
I contacted him on 14th asking him to let me know if he had a problem making payment via Paypal as he was a new eBayer. With no contact I then raised a 'payment not received' with eBay this morning and understand that the transaction will be cancelled in a few days if he doesn't pay up.
Is it too early to send a 'Second Chance' offer to the second seller now or should I wait until I hear further from eBay - I dont want to be in a position where the 1st buyer suddenly decides to pay before the transaction is cancelled, but equally want to contact the second bidder as soon as possible.
