quick remind me are startrite shoes bigger than clarks?

am watching soon to bid on some cute knee length boots for dd but can't remember if startrite come up bigger or smaller than calrks? eg is a startrite 9 bigger or smaller than a clarks 9? thanks in advance

startrite 9 is clarks 9 1/2-10

Startrite size is half-a-size smaller than clarks (DD is 11 Clarks, 10.5 StartRite)

...so in answer to the question the same numbered shoe is a half-size bigger than Clarks.
