Dodgy seller and can't leave feedback...

Try to be brief..

Seller (I think) is holding onto money and delaying posting items, for her own cash flow issues. It's a shop (online) and she makes the items.

I bought an item which was supposed to have been sent 3 weeks ago - Ebay showed it was and gave estimated delivery date.

It didn't come.

I contacted the seller who gave various 'reasons' and strung me along for over a week saying it was in the post and may arrive soon OR it was lost and she would send it again.

Then, I saw new feedback for her where two other buyers had said they had each had 2 orders 'lost in the post' and she was taking weeks to issue refunds.

I gave up on her and asked her to refund my money. She did but I had to ask 3 times- each time she asked me to wait a bit longer for the missing item, OR she would post it again.

I got a refund by insisting, but the order shows as cancelled so I can't leave feedback (and didn't want to until she refunded me.)

I think it's a shame as I can't warn other buyers via Feedback of what she is up to. She either can't keep up with demand or she is holding onto money and sending to buyers as and when. But overall, she was being dishonest saying it had been posted when it wasn't. I doubt very much it will arrive and it's now 3 weeks since she said it was.)
