Brand new top, not worn, she says there are lots of little holes around the bust area.

I didnt notice them, and dont know what to do.

It only sold for a few pounds.

What should i reply?

Ask for her to return it. Refund her the cost but not postage

rosierooster · 26/09/2007 12:15

explain that the holes are for the arms

Nip · 26/09/2007 12:19

LOL rosie!!!

So if i ask her to return, do i refund the whole amount incl postage... but as her to pay the postage back?

if it does have holes i would refund postage both ways

Nip · 26/09/2007 12:27

really - you'd refund everything and the postage back???

Perhaps i could just email her, ask her if it's wearable (which i'm sure it is) and then see what she wants to do?

as said - ask her to return it.
Then refund the full amount she paid. If it does have holes in then really you should offer the return postage.

yes i would offer everything back, why should she have to pay to return a faulty item? good idea to offer partial refund tho, especially if cost of postage is more than top
