I have SUCH VERY BAD LUCK!!

have posted about 20 items in the last few weeks all gone smoothly - all send signed for,

posted something last wednesday & i know i posted it signed for as i remember filling out the orange for & name

and it shouldve arrived by now - but buyer says it hasnt

and that is THE ONLY SIGNED FOR RECIEPT I CANT FIND!!

What bad luck is that??

I sent it along with another item and i have THAT reciept in my bag!!

with post as it is things do seem to be taking a while to turn up it should be given 12 days if a package which would give you enough time to look for reciept explain to person that if after 12 days it has not arrived excliding weekends then you will deal with it

hope you find reciept dont panic empty bag and check slowly things always turn up when not panicing to find it was it not added on other reciept

sorry silly question but sometimes mine is added on 1 reciept

check the address with the buyer - there have been some problems with the addresses on ebay and paypal - it may have gone to the wrong address.
