I downloaded Resell Connect a few weeks ago, its serving me well so far.

They do research on profitable items that will resell, they provide you with the links to the websites and stock alerts etc. All you have to do is purchase the item and stick it on ebay. They have a monthly charge but i've just covered 4 months payment by reselling one item.

Selling limited edition Dr Who DVD's right now, brought 10 from Zavvi from a stock alert. On track to make £40 profit on each one.

@ballyballerson Do you have a website or a link?

I've been selling on eBay for around three years, but cant always find profitable items to resell. What kind of items are you selling?

ballyballerson · 24/05/2020 17:34

Yep, www.resellconnect.com. You can see the kind of items they post in the App on instagram

I've only sold the odd thing in the past that I never wore or didn't fit and rarely for any type of profit! What are you thinking of selling OP? There is also an ebay community forum I only recently found which has some very useful info on.

thanks @ballyballersonBallyBallerson. I just checked out the instagram page, it looks pretty cool! Not keen on paying but may try it out for a month and see how I get on!

@eloulera I normally buy job lots of toys, books etc and sell them on eBay. Its going pretty well but the challenge is always finding the items to sell

Thanks @ballyballerson!!! I took the punt and downloaded, i managed to get a "restock" of an item that Resell Connect Posted.

Brought 5 at £40 each and sold for £90 each. I've got rid of 4 and have 1 left but a nice profit! best thing about it is the £1 fees! Got the partner to download too

ballyballerson · 27/05/2020 11:50

yay :) glad you are making some money out of it and made your membership fee back!

Selling all my old stuff at the moment... I've got the bug! Keep looking around my house looking for more stuff to sell. I'm like, do I really need all these knives and forks? Surely one pair will do I could sell the rest Grin

If you are buying to sell you need a business account- no £1 offers on those.

I also resell and after a while found it difficult to source. Im not sure if your interested but you could try downloading the Amazon FBA seller app, and get into selling on Amazon. A lot of items are gated for new seller but with the app you can go into any retail store and scan. You will be surprised how much stock you can buy from the store, pack and prep for FBA warehouse and wait for the stuff to sell. Always look for decent seller rank otherwise it will be there for a while!

I also resell Lego. Both new and used. There are two websites I use at the moment. Im not affiliated or anything. They are just useful to me. When you hit a wall sourcing stock it is difficult to grow. I use www.Fbawizard.com it is a private software and quite pricey but you can easily cover the fee if your serious about reselling.

The other I use is www.fullfees.co.uk it is a bunch of calculators that help me work out fees and profits. There are some useful articles on there too. It seems a new website but the calculators are accurate.

Hope it helps ;)
