I ordered from a seller on eBay. Paid mid April, it was never marked as dispatched. By the end of April, I messaged the seller to ask when they were dispatching, they said they had already and if it hadn’t turned up, they’d send another.
Anyway, I checked their feedback and this seems to be a regular occurrence, yet people are marking them as positive despite around 30% never receiving their item! Why is that? As it seems mine is never coming, WIBU to mark negative feedback despite ‘good communication’?
