Managed Payments

Has anyone managed to get their heads round this new payment system that ebay are introducing. Can we keep using paypal if we want as our designated payment account or has anyone found a good bank account for a small business user that won't charge an arm and a leg for each transaction payment.

To be honest, most small businesses are having problems registering their accounts with eBay saying the names don't match. I'm a big seller on eBay but I think this is the end of the site for me now.

I am rapidly coming to the same conclusion. the only one this change seems to be benefiting is ebay and is a major headache for us.

I've signed up to managed payments, they start on Monday. I've increased my prices but it's not had an effect on sales. I'd rather have fees taken out at the time saves a big bill at the door end of the month. I'll probably report back in a week saying I hate it!

I didn't need a business bank account, just a current account in the name that matches what they have on file.
