seller withdrew from auction says lot sold privately then relisted the items seperately over the next few days

I have just sent the following message to ebay, just wondered what you all think of it as I am a new ebayer and unsure what to do.

Just abit of advice really,
I recently bidded and won an auction from this buyer ( 110168721760 ) In the description she had put " These items are advertised elsewhere so i reserve the right to end the auction early even there are bids on it ".

Just before item auction (30mins to go) ended she messaged me to say that she had sold them privately and refunded my paypal, I was happy with this due to the right to withdraw due to advertised elsewhere message.
The next day I noticed she had relisted some of the items and today the rest. So basically it looks to me that she withdrew from the auction as she did not receive as much money as she expected.

Was she able to do this?

I have not contacted her myself as I am a new ebayer and need positive feedback for people to trust me.

Looks like she has decided to list all the items individually, and charge excessive postage on each one....

I didn't noticed the excessive postage.

I thought that I probably would not be able to do anything but reported them anyway, why should they get away with it.
