There is a problem with paypal at the moment. It is showing the wrong address on many accounts. Apparently, even if the address matches the one given on ebay it could still be the wrong one.
Advice given is to check with the buyer before sending.
Of course the ASQ isn't working properly either
This problem has been going on for a week or so, so it might be best to keep in contact with buyers if you have already posted their items. I'm not sure how paypal claims will work as there will be no proof that sellers did in fact send to the address given on paypal.
Lots of items being delivered to the wrong address, lots of paypal claims and lots of negs.... oh joy
