I ordered an item a few weeks ago and it didn't arrive. I messages seller to ask where it was and they replied that they had proof it arrived. They then contacted Ebay who closed the case and did not redund me.
Can it be reopened? I'm not saying it's the seller's fault. It probably got lost left outside for all I know, or given to the wrong house!
