Hi

I bought an item from a facebook ad from a seller from China. More fool me. It was a kitchen tidy and in the panic of getting my house in order once it was announced schools were closing i thought it would be useful...then i read the reviews that said you don't get all that is in the picture. the pictures ALL had loads of extra bits which are kind of the point of hte whole thing, but the reviews said you don't get everything in the pic..

so i asked the seller for a refund. no reply. No email confirmation of purchase either. Just a confirmation within my PayPal account that funds had done from my account to a seller with their name written in Chinese so I have no idea who they are...

I emailed them within an hour of placing the purchase to ask for a refund using their contact form on the webpage, no reply

2 days later I filed a dispute asking for a refund, the only option that seemed to make sense was 'item not as described'.

then a week later the dumb seller posted the item to me!! even though they knew i have emailed to ask for a refund and i have filed a dispute! i got a text message saying an item has been posted from China...

Then Paypal ruled in my favour. Great. Except they want me to return the item before 8 April. The item hasn't even arrived in the UK yet!!

I have tried several times to contact PayPal using their webchat to no avail.

Please advise what i can do?

Wait until you get it then if it doesn’t have all that’s described then you won’t need to send it back. Smile

Phone PayPal, they’re quite helpful.
