The seller had a 100% positive feedback rating at the time of purchase but later on another buyer left a negative feedback saying they were sold fake goods! When I took the bag to the shop for authentification, they were very impressed that it was a very well made piece of counterfeit!
I opened a dispute through Paypal straight away but the seller has been extremely defiant and now accuses me of being harsh, unhelpful and uncorperative. I asked the seller to refund the money within the next five days but the seller said it will take more than 9 days as his/her bank details are being verified atm.
Have any of you had a dispute? How long did it take to get your money back?
I feel I'm dealing with a professional con person.
Any advice will be much appreciated. TIA
