i have a paypal dispute ongoing with someone who sold me dodgy goods (dispute still open no resolution) - but she is now no longer ebay registered

briefly someone sold me BNIB Bugaboo item- arrievd clearly not new and used. left her neg feedback and opened paypal dispute (still pending)no resolution yet

so knowledgeable ebay users - do i stand any chance of seeing my money again

did you open the dispute with paypal or ebay? if its paypal and they still have an account with card or funds then its ok. if you win you can be refunded.

sorry didnt read the first bit of op properly it will be ok as long as paypal still have access to funds from the seller. i won a dispute a while back on an item not received but they couldnt get access to his funds so i didnt get anything back.
