Please help - tracking says “delivered” but it hasn’t been

I ordered a bag, it cost around £80.

The tracking says my parcel has been delivered but I don’t have it. There’s no missed delivery card, the parcel isn’t with my neighbours and I can’t find it around my property.

Is there anything I can do?

Have you contacted the seller via eBay? Contact your local post office?

I’ve contacted the seller, they’re disinterested as tracking states it’s delivered.

The courier was dhl who apparently have a squiggle and someone giving my first name as a recipient.
