bought ds4 a wlker and the play bar thing doesn't work, tried differnt batteries etc but its deffo broke (also abit dirty when it sadi it was new but can easily be cleaned)
I;ve emiled the seller twice now and still not had a reply, they have a feedback score of over 5000 (its a shop) and very few are negative so I am quite surprised I haven't heard anything.
how long do I leave it until I ....god, I don't knwo what I do TBH. never bought anything that faulty off ebay so what do I do if the don't reply?
