Right Im on an EBAY STING! lol- Sould I ring before I go bust her?

Basically I bought a buggy, woman fobbed me off for a while,

manged to arrange to meet and pick it up (at a shop)

So I went and she didnt turn up.

I emiled her for 2 days no reply!!

She was selling something else - so I asked if i could come view it (under my dads ebay name)

she answerd THAT email from him, but was stilli ignoring MY EMAILS!!

So through my dad i now have her phone number / adress.

So i ring her and she says Im at work ring me back -

so now shes answering all phone calls too.

Oh during the phone call regarding the buggy pickup she says she soooo busy and doesnt know when i can pick it up as shes out (yet in the email she sent my dad - when she thought he wanted to buy her car - she said to HIM come tomoorow at 2pm!!)

Somy question is ... do i call her

or just turn up at her house and ask for the buggy - she doesnt know i have her adress!

I have a feeling if I call her she will say shes out / or go out?

what do you think???

I would turn up at her door. I take it you have paid?

Take someone with you if you do decide to go - preferably a large man...

i paid over 9 days ago now. My dad and DP will be with me!

but actully she emailed him to say the car is sold - so she may go out as shes not expecting him at 2 now, iykwim

but id rather just go and see if shes there,

why dont you try and phone her from outside her house and while she is fobbing you off ring the doorbell.

Can you get a print out of the car listing & the details of your purchase so you can prove it's the same person/account? Otherwise she could just say it's not her & you'd lose your element of surprise if you had to go & get proof.
Of course, she may well say she was selling the buggy for a friend or something.

Turn up at her house.

And if there is no buggy then ask for your money back!

Damn cheek of her.
