I've sold a few things on eBay before with no problems but recently I've tried selling a small appliance. Both times it has sold then both times the seller hasn't paid. Any ideas why? Is there some scam or something about these types of items or is it just a coincidence? eBay fine about it and deleted both but I'm just wondering if I should relist or leave it?

What was the item and was it auction or buy it now? Did you research your expected price?

I’ve not heard of a particular scan regarding appliances but I have been ripped off recently by a buyer who claimed I hadn’t sent her an item, and asked her bank for
A chargeback- upheld and fees charged to me! Worst thing is I have an email
From her saying thanks for the lovely item!

It’s a buyers market, I’ll be more careful in future when selling on eBay.

@elvislives2012
List it on BIN and enable the setting ' immediate payment required'. This stops someone buying and not paying. I use it all the time to avoid time wasters. Obviously it won't work on auctions but you can use best offer.
