I bought an item from eBay
Turns out to be counterfeit and reeks of smoke.
As soon as I receive said item I opened a return. Within minutes.
Seller refused to approve return as "their funds from eBay were on hold" not sure what difference this makes?
Ebay step in and approve return.
Seller receives item.
Seller is now telling me they won't refund me as there is a rip in said item. 
Ebay is now telling me to wait till Tuesday to give the seller "a chance to refund me."
Where do these people get off?
