I ordered an item on ebay. It was described as new but when it arrived it was covered in stains so obviously not new. Luckily the seller offered free returns anyway so didn't need to get into the whole 'can this be returned' argument with them. They provided free tracked postage and I sent it back. This was a while ago now. I have tracked it and they have received the item back, but no refund has been given. I contacted the seller checking what was happening but they have not responded to me. Does anyone know what I should do now? This has all occurred over a month, but is not past the official return deadline yet so when I go in the resolution centre it just says 'A return request is already open for this item'.
