Unpaid postage

Got a card through for unpaid postage which will be an item I bought from eBay. Buyer didn't respond to an email chasing item (showed as dispatched) so I'd opened a not received case. What should I do now? Ideally, I'd like the item still but I'm not hopeful of being able to get my money back for the unpaid postage fee.

You can’t force the seller to pay the excess postage charges. If you want the item then you will need to pay. If you don’t then persist with the not received case and you will get a refund as the item hasn’t been delivered.

Thanks. I've got a different item elsewhere so I'll just continue with the not received case
