No or £1 max seeking fees

I usually have about 20/30 items (buy it now) in Ebay at any time. (I don't pay listing fees).
I usually stick them on for as long as it takes them to sell (can be over 12months) and just store the items in my loft until they eventually sell.

I was wondering, when eBay do their sellers offers of no or £1 max selling fees weekends/days can I 'end item' and then relist them all to take advantage of this?

Yes you can.

The last offer I had was 'sell for £2' - I hope this hasn't replaced the £1 max selling offer.
