Neutral feedback on Ebay - what is this?

I think I have just got my first neutral feedback on Ebay (a black donut).

What is this? What does it mean. I’ve not had one before. There wasn’t any comment with it.

It’s not quite a negative but not a positive either. I’d be tempted to leave a neutral if the seller had messed up (causing me inconvenience), but rectified the situation.

It doesn’t affect your % rating in regards to feedback, where as a negative does.

PS if you’re none the wiser as to why it was left, it might be worth messaging the seller to ask why they left you a neutral.

I think the buyer was an international buyer. I think I may just leave it - don’t want him to turn it into a negative!
